Returns & Exchanges Policy
At MedBuddies Hair Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or request a refund under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Items bought during sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for return (please refer to individual product terms).
2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will share shipping instructions with you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved by our team.
Refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product).
4. Exchanges
We offer product exchanges (such as size or color) based on stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Replacement products will be delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
